1. Shipping Information

We deliver throughout Albania. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

Delivery Rates:

Tirana:
  Orders 0–4 kg: 1.5 Euro
  Orders 4+ kg: 2.5 Euro

Other Districts:
Orders 0–4 kg: 2.5 Euro
Orders 4+ kg: 3.5 Euro

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times generally range from 1–5 business days depending on your location.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

Important: We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

We understand that finding the right fit can be difficult. Therefore, we accept requests to exchange the size of an item under the following strict conditions:

1. Same Product Only: You may only exchange an item for a different size of the exact same product. You cannot exchange a product for a different style or color.
2. Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 48 hours days of receiving your order.

If you wish to exchange a size, a courier fee applies to handle the logistics of the exchange:

Exchanges in Tirana: 1.0 Euro
Exchanges in Districts: 1.5 Euro
